well, this is defineately a situation where its one step forward, two steps back.
i actually shouldn't complain. this is nothing like i thought it would be. i expected a 1-2 lb. gain after the gorging i did saturday night and ALL DAY SUNDAY (and lets not forget those fuckin' dots).
so a lesson learned right? and now i know to stay away from the dots and drink more water this week.
lets hope for a better weigh in next tuesday!
and how is everyone else doing?

HUGS darling. I know how frustrating it can be....believe me!! One good thing is that you are still under your start weight and you may double this loss next week! And that half a pound could be anything, you could have hopped on the scale 15 minutes later and been at last weeks weight (happened to me today). I have faith in you, I can see that you have that will power....the name of that will power is GRETA!! LOL!! But seriously, I know you can do it...lesson learned. You can do this!!
oh shit I was expecting to see a freaking pound or 2...1/2 pound isn't nothing girl you will lose a pound in a half or 2 pounds next week..watch what i am telling ya...STAY FOCUSED!! NO DOTS!!!!

I ate some, erg, pizza last night, but I'm sick this morning, so it's probably all equal. I'd rather be fat than sick any day though, so it's not too great a thing.
PS, how did I never notice that your weight is up there? Weird ... I started out at 159lbs (the secret "W", LOL). So now I'm at 153-153.5-154, depending on what day I weigh. I'm annoyed.
As soon as I get over this, um, stomach thing (talk about tmi), I'm HEADED FOR THE GYM.
